(Be careful with the shrimp soup though)

NOVE SAPORI DI VITA
You have probably heard of La Dolce Vita, 'the sweet life', an expression for enjoying everything life has to offer.
But Winstonians believe in Nove Sapori Di Vita, 'the nine flavors of life', where life should be enjoyed with friends, family, culture, food, art as well as fortune for the family business, prosperous marraiges and a respected family name.

NOVE SAPORI BRUNCH
Brunch is a social ritual in Winston. While other countries are "busy" during their weekends, Winstonians prefer to book up 6 hours of playing Bridge, Mah Jong or Go and ordering coffee, tea and brunch food from their eight heritage cultures and gossiping with friends and family.

THE 9 FLAVORS OF WINSTON
Nove Sapori, 'the nine flavors' is the expression in Winglish that means celebrating the eight heritage cultures and the ninth, the Winstonian culture itself.
Nove Sapori is an expression for cultural sharing that Winstonains use daily.

Eating Nove Sapori style means having a little something from each heritage country on the table. Swedish meatballs with Nigerian Fufu. French pastries with Japanese matcha tea.

In their obsession with their cultures, Winstonians aim to wear, eat and experience all nine cultures throughout the year. Which is said to bring good fortune and keep the judgement of the city at bay.
